• How do I change my password?
  
  Click on "My Account" at the very top of the page. Now click on "change my password" next to the UPDATE button, this will open another page where you can change your password.
   
• I don't remember my password, help!

• I don't remember my email login!
  
  Oh, c'mon, you don't have THAT many email addresses do you? If you really don't remember, contact me with your username and I'll look it up. If you don't know your username, just register for a new account.
   

• I need to update my email address for the KarateTips newsletter, how do I do that?
  
  In the most recent email we sent you, there is a link at the bottom that says something like "manage subscription". Click on that link and follow the directions. It's easy to do and takes just a moment.
   
• What is an ebook?
  
  KarateTips ebooks are electronic publications produced as *.pdf files as used by Adobe Acrobat. Some of our older ebooks are in *.ebk format and in order to view these *.ebk files, you must have a PC (not a MAC) and the ebook viewer must be installed on your computer. Later versions of ebooks (after 2005) include the viewer, however earlier versions require a separate download before you can open your ebooks. You can download the viewer here:

• I want to purchase your ebooks but I don't know if there any special requirements needed for my computer?
  
  All you need is 10mb of free disk space and Adobe Reader installed.
   
• Where can I download my ebooks I purchased?
  
  The ebook download page is sent to you in an email once you purchase your copy. Just copy and paste the link into your browser and proceed to download your e-book. If you've lost that email, or dont' have it any longer, please contact us.
   
• How can I be sure my credit card information is protected?

  If you ordered the hard copy version and live within the continental United States, your course should arrive within 3-5 working days. International delivery can take up to 3-4 weeks with customs delays. Most however will be delivered within 10 working days.
